When you feel tired or uninspired while working or studying, find a window or a natural space where you can see a distant view. Spend a little time doing an eye healing. Choose a near view and a distant view that you like, and alternate looking between them every five seconds. This helps to reset your eyes and your thoughts.
Before starting work, use your eyes to transmit love and blessing energy to the entire space and your colleagues for at least five minutes. You must fully feel the blessing, until you feel your energy of love and blessing is upon the entire space and your work partners, then begin your work.
When you wake up in the morning, imagine you are a little kitten. Move your body slowly, moving very lightly and very slowly, with full awareness of your every action. The entire movement should be so slow that it takes at least 5 minutes from waking up to standing up.
Before going to bed at night, take a “sensory” bath. Slow down while bathing, and carefully feel the sensations on your body and skin. How does it feel to put on and take off your clothes? How does it feel to use skincare products? How do the cleaning products feel? Take a high-quality bath, like a little baby, experiencing every sensation of the body and rediscovering these feelings.
