引導者將在幕後運用 MSER，精準讀取您與「水晶礦物排列」、「療癒牌卡」之間的關聯，並以清晰的語言與您共同詮釋，在現實、情緒與身體層面中的核心模式。
The facilitator uses MSER behind the scenes to sense the connection between you and the “Crystal Mineral Layout.” Together, we explore the patterns reflected in your life, emotions, and body.
一個安心「被看見」的空間 / A Safe Space to Be “Seen”
您不需要「表現」或「隱藏」。引導者將以中立的在場與倫理，創造一個沒有批判與權威的場域。在這裡，您能自由地展露，也能保有對自身體驗的詮釋主權。
You don’t need to perform or hide. The facilitator embodies neutrality and care, holding a space free from judgment, where your experience remains fully yours.
喚醒身體的深度感覺練習 / Deep Sensitivity Practice to Awaken the Body
我們將會穿插一些回到自己的練習與日常靜心，幫助您放下思緒的慣性，以更細膩的方式與身體、情緒與當下連結。
We will include simple self-returning practices and moments of daily mindfulness, supporting you to quiet the mind and reconnect with your body, emotions, and presence.

課程資訊 / Workshop Details
- 時間 (Time): 10:00 – 17:00（含午休 2 小時 / includes 2-hour lunch break）
- 人數 (Size): 6 人開班，10 人滿班 / 8-person minimum, 15-person max
- 地點 (Location): 台北市捷運附近租借場地（報名後通知） / To be announced (venue in Taipei MRT)
本工作坊目前為「意願登記」階段，累積滿 8 人後，我們將協調場地與時間並通知繳費。（目前不會收取任何費用）
This workshop is currently in the “expression of interest” phase. Once 8 participants are confirmed, we’ll coordinate the venue and date, then invite payment. (No payment is required at this stage.)
