This is not just a one-time energy reading, but a collective journey of exploration. In this 3-hour workshop, we will utilize the stable frequencies of crystals and minerals to perceive their energetic operations within a safe, supportive group field. You are welcome to experience how crystals can support our emotional and physical energy functions.
活動有日常小靜心環節，引導您從日常的紛擾中抽離，逐步回歸自我、安放身心。您將學習如何放下頭腦的分析，用更直觀的方式與晶石連結，並聆聽來自團體與礦物能量場的共振訊息。
The event includes daily mindfulness sessions to guide you in detaching from daily disturbances, gradually returning to yourself, and settling your mind and body. You will learn to bypass mental analysis, connect with crystals more intuitively, and listen to the resonant messages from the group and mineral energy fields.
請注意：這個工作坊不通靈、也不跟水晶礦物聊天，而是純粹的去體驗水晶礦物能量的神奇之處。
Please note: This workshop does not involve channeling or “chatting” with crystals. Instead, it is purely about experiencing the wonder of crystal energy itself.

- 靜心引導 (Guided Meditation)
透過 MSER 的引導式靜心，安穩身心，並安全地開啟您的內在感知力，為連結晶石的純粹頻率做準備。
Through MSER’s guided meditation, stabilize your mind and body, and safely open your inner perception to prepare for connecting with the pure frequencies of crystals. - MSER 能量感知體驗 (MSER Perception Experience)
這不是MSER的教學課程，但透過與水晶礦物的接觸，你會初步理解身體的MSER的真實性或所謂的能量是甚麼，在我們的經驗裡，80%的人都可以清楚感受到。
This is not an MSER teaching course. However, through contact with crystals, you will gain a preliminary understanding of the reality of your body’s MSER, or “what energy is.” In our experience, 80% of participants can feel it clearly. - 晶石互動與關係探索 (Crystal Interaction & Relationship Exploration)
這是一個開放的分享與探索環節。您可以攜帶 2-3 件自己喜愛的個人晶石來分享，在引導下，共同探索您與它們的獨特關係。您也可以在現場尋找有緣的水晶礦物，直接與其互動。KARA 將會針對現場的互動，加上水晶礦物的深度解讀。
This is an open session for sharing and exploration. You may bring 2-3 of your own favorite crystals to share, and under guidance, we will explore your unique relationship with them. You can also interact with crystals available at the event. KARA will provide in-depth crystal readings based on the interactions.
