The Mind is Like a Skillful Painter, Able to Paint the World’s Perceptions

Abstract art of inner projection

I have thought for a long time about whether to write down this work reflection. Regarding the issues of external spirits and karmic creditors, which are the biggest worries for many sensitive individuals or spiritual workers, honestly, I am not an expert. But this issue, much like the ancestral spirit issues that many shamans are fascinated with, is part of what exists.

Before I started my work, many senior friends repeatedly advised me to avoid clients with these kinds of spiritual disturbances. But in reality, these problems are unavoidable. However, I try my best not to focus on the problem itself, but to return everything to the verifiable, real-life aspects of our lives to operate from.

In the earliest folk belief systems, when encountering such difficult problems, we were accustomed to asking a Daoist priest or a monk to preside over justice or negotiate terms with these “invisible friends,” using the power of deities or Buddhas, whether through worship, Pūjā, or repentance ceremonies.

Later, some spiritual workers also adopted similar methods. For example, family constellations also have aspects of reconciling with the deceased, or some subconscious communication workers use methods of communicating with spirits to reconcile. In recent years, because Ho’oponopono has become very popular, this method has also been widely used. Of course, some people also turn to Christianity, which seems to be an interesting and effective solution, as believers have a very strong faith in their God.

What I want to provide here is a way to use one’s own power to resolve this. Even though, as everyone knows, the external world is a projection of your inner subjective world—we can especially recognize this in the formless void. If you don’t have an equivalent power within you, you won’t attract related external spirits. Therefore, in my services, apart from reconciliation methods similar to family constellations, I do not provide any spirit-clearing services. This is because true soul work lies only within the individual. The human heart is, in fact, a powerful magnet. Negative external spirits are usually manifestations of strong, unintegrated negativity within the heart. So, in this work, I choose to focus more on facing inner integration than on dealing with the unknowns of the void. And I recognize this as the true method of transcendence, rather than being like some people who are forever stuck in a bizarre cycle of spirit attachment, purification, and then attachment again.

Symbolic art of a sound life

Therefore, this world is truly “The mind is like a skillful painter, able to paint the world’s perceptions.” Whatever the mind looks like, the world will present itself in that way. One day, when you can still be safe and healthy even after leaving God, Bodhisattvas, angels, and holy beings, that is when you have a truly sound life.
