Because of the mind’s distinctions, we tend to embrace positive thinking, joy, or any wonderful experience, while rejecting negative thoughts, sorrow, and painful experiences. However, the manifestation of life requires experiencing every moment to its fullest.
In the great wave of the New Age, our world has moved from the law of attraction and childhood healing to the application of family systems. We can now gather information from all directions about how our childhood, our family… what factors occurred to shape our personality. This may also have been defined by various psychological fields, leading to the rise of many new experts attempting to use “positive energy” to guide everyone on how to face these situations. They even hope to use some high-frequency energy to prevent negativity from ever happening, attempting to replace certain life experiences. That would be a shame. Humans grow, learn, and experience through these very experiences. What we should really consider is integrating experiences, not eliminating them.
However, this is a world of yin-yang balance. We need positive energy for support, and we also need negative energy for refinement. Every experience that brings us frustration is a lesson we need to learn. Heaven never creates anything useless.
Through negation, we can become experts or achieve success. Even the emotions that are emerging right now are all areas needing integration, and they contain much wisdom to be learned. A life that starts out embracing both its negative and positive aspects is always the most beautiful, allowing us to forge a unique life according to our inner choices and strength.
I know many people are terrified of negativity. But in certain situations, I appreciate the negativity that coexists with me. Because of its presence, I can understand where I need to improve. Because of certain negativities, I can possess a complete logic to assess reality, rather than just waiting in some illusion, knowing that some things must be done step-by-step.
In the game of integrating the blueprint of life, the most interesting part is often integrating the excessive positives and negatives, allowing reality and our dreams to merge.

And, should we use some model to make our children possess only positive energy and positive thinking? I don’t think so. Humanity should be a beautiful work of art in the universe, not some mass-produced object. In the options of “good” or “bad,” people should apply their deepest, indelible uniqueness—then elevate, and perhaps fall. But regardless, people can complete their own uniqueness through this. I hope that human life does not become some artificially calculated object that *must* be happy or successful, but rather a living, breathing part of nature that can follow its own flow, tasting all the flavors of life. As for objects calculated from birth, let’s leave those for computers or artificial intelligence to enjoy!
Human potential and possibilities are unpredictable. Sometimes good happenings lead to bad results, and bad happenings have good possibilities. Continue to learn and enjoy every joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure. Achieve a life where sour has its own deliciousness and bitter has its own taste. I believe that only by living authentically can we leave no regrets on this journey on Earth.
