But ask yourself: do you feel grounded in this abundance? Success often brings a peculiar anxiety—a fear of loss or the feeling of being an “imposter.” This happens when our internal capacity hasn’t yet caught up with our external achievements. When fire is in the heavens, your every move is magnified. This abundance is both a gift and a profound responsibility.

Practice maintaining clarity of mind. The secret of this hexagram lies in humility and sincerity. Don’t let success lead to arrogance. True richness is when you possess much but remain gentle and willing to share your light. By aligning your actions with higher principles, your abundance becomes a steady source of lasting peace.

Laozi warned that “a hall full of gold and jade cannot be guarded.” This isn’t a rejection of wealth, but a lesson in not becoming a prisoner of it. Taoism suggests the greatest possession is “non-possession.” When you lack nothing internally, you truly have everything. Don’t cling too tightly to external status. By remaining light and unattached, you allow the flow of life to nourish you. You only truly possess the universe when you are no longer defined by your things.
