退款與退貨政策 | Refund Return Policy

By completing a purchase or booking with Heart Heal / Prem Kara Studio, you legally agree to the following terms.

1. 數位商品 | Digital Products

⚖️ 嚴格不退款聲明 | Strict Non-Refundable Policy

本站數位內容依台灣消保法規範，屬於「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容」，一經開通即不適用 7 日鑑賞期，恕不接受退款。
Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, digital content is exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period once access is granted. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

     

  • 效期 (Validity): 電子書權限 90 天；占卜程式啟動後限 10分 鐘閱讀。
    E-books: 90-day access. Divination: 10-minute reading limit upon activation.

2. 諮詢服務 | Consultation Services

     

  • 履行期限 (Fulfillment Period): 需於預約完成起 10 天內執行完畢。逾期視同放棄權益。
    Sessions must be completed within 10 days of booking confirmation. Expired sessions are non-refundable.

  • 取消規範 (Cancellation): 預約前 24 小時內取消或當日未出席者，不予退費。
    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.

  • 改期限制 (Rescheduling): 限改期一次（須於 7 天內完成）。
    One rescheduling allowed per booking (must be within 7 days).

3. 長期方案與多次包套 | Multiple-Session Packages

  • 時效規範 (Expiration): 為保障療癒品質與能量完整性，多次方案（如6次、8次、12次等包套項目）必須在購買時方案指定之有效期限內（如3個月、5個月、8個月等）全數執行完畢。

    To ensure service quality and consistency, multiple-session packages must be completed within the specified timeframe (e.g., 3, 5, or 8 months) from the date of purchase.
  • 逾期作廢 (Forfeiture): 逾期未完成之堂數將自動失效作廢，恕不進行補課、延期、退費或轉讓他人。案主須自行留意方案進度並主動預約，不得以忘記、忙碌、個人行程變更等理由要求特殊處理。

    Any expired and unused sessions will be automatically forfeited and are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable. Clients are responsible for scheduling their own sessions within the validity period.

4. 履約證明 | Proof of Fulfillment

     

  • 💬 線上 (Online): 以通訊紀錄為準。 / Verified by communication logs.

  • ✍️ 面對面 (In-Person): 結束後請於現場簽名確認。簽字即視為服務已完整履行，不得異議。
    A physical signature is required on-site upon completion. Signature constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the service rendered.

5. 退款流程 | Refund Process

ATM/超商付款退款時，需扣除 15-30 元之銀行手續費。
Manual refunds (ATM/CVS) are subject to a bank transaction fee (NT$15-30).
