Appendix Focus: Awaken or Balance Your Energy with “Bodily Perception”
Number archetypes are not abstract concepts; they are living energies active in your “bodily perception.” Sometimes you may feel “stuck” (low energy), and other times “overwhelming” (unbalanced energy).
This appendix is a “phenomenological invitation.” It provides practical, real-life tools (like food, colors, actions) and invites you to use them “consciously” and “notice” how your body responds. This is a game of “inner integration,” and you are the “full interpreter” of your own bodily sensations.

1-9 Number Energy Supplement List
Please choose the archetype you wish to “awaken” (when you feel you lack it) or “balance” (when you feel it’s too strong) and try the following invitations:
Archetype 1: Independent, Pioneering, Decisive
- To Awaken (when hesitant): Wear a “red” accessory. Notice if it makes your posture more upright. Drink “ginger tea” or “lemon water,” and feel how the spice or sourness “stimulates” your decisiveness.
- To Balance (when overbearing): Listen to instrumental music “without lyrics” (like classical or electronic). This helps you return to your own center, undisturbed by others’ words, while giving space to others.
Archetype 2: Cooperative, Sensitive, Empathic
- To Awaken (when isolated): “Cook a meal with someone” or engage in a “partner” activity. Feel the harmonious flow of “1+1 > 2.”
- To Balance (when overly dependent): Create a “comfort zone.” Take a hot bath, wrap yourself in a soft blanket. Consciously feel the process of your body “softening” and releasing others’ energy. Eat “warm soup” or congee to nourish yourself.
Archetype 3: Creative, Expressive, Joyful
- To Awaken (when bored): Play “upbeat music” and allow your body to “dance freely” for five minutes, without judgment. Eat a “colorful” fruit salad and notice the joy that comes from the visual stimulation.
- To Balance (when superficial): Practice “conscious speaking.” Before you speak, feel the “physical sensation” in your throat. This helps you connect to your true feelings, rather than just engaging in surface-level chatter.
Archetype 4: Stable, Structured, Practical
- To Awaken (when anxious): Wear “earth tones” (green, brown). Go “barefoot on the grass” or do some “gardening.” Actually feel your body’s “connection” to the earth.
- To Balance (when rigid): Intentionally “break” your routine. Take a new route home. Feel the mild stimulation of “controlled disorder,” reminding your body that “change is safe.”
Archetype 5: Free, Curious, Sensory
- To Awaken (when stagnant): Try “new foods” or “exotic cuisines.” Feel the excitement of “igniting your taste buds.”
- To Balance (when restless): Practice “five senses awareness.” Stop for 60 seconds. Consciously find 5 things you can “see,” 4 things you can “touch,” and 3 things you can “hear.” This “anchors” your scattered energy back into your present body.
Archetype 6: Caring, Healing, Responsible
- To Awaken (when apathetic): “Create beauty” in your space. Buy flowers, light a scented candle. Notice how your body “naturally relaxes” in a “harmonious” environment.
- To Balance (when over-giving): Practice “conscious self-care.” Take the care you give to others and “execute” it for yourself. Feel the “satisfaction” your body returns when you “serve yourself.”
Archetype 7: Analytical, Truth-Seeking, Solitary
- To Awaken (when confused): Give yourself “high-quality solitude.” Go to a library or museum. Feel how your thoughts become “clear” in an atmosphere of “quiet” and “wisdom.”
- To Balance (when overthinking): Intentionally “leave your head.” Do something purely “physical,” like “stretching,” “getting a massage,” or “focusing on your feet on the floor.” Feel the “solidity” of your body to balance excessive mental energy.
Archetype 8: Powerful, Abundant, Manifesting
- To Awaken (when feeling lack): Wear the “highest quality” item in your closet (like a structured blazer). Notice how “quality” “lifts your posture” and “sense of self-worth.”
- To Balance (when controlling): Practice “conscious giving.” Donate a small amount, buy a friend a coffee. Feel the “abundance of flow,” rather than the “scarcity of holding on.”
Archetype 9: Wise, Humanitarian, Dreamer
- To Awaken (when narrow-minded): Listen to “world music” or try “cuisines from different cultures.” Feel the “expansiveness” of “all-inclusiveness.”
- To Balance (when ungrounded): Practice a “body scan.” Take three minutes to solidly “feel” every part of your body, from toes to head. This gently brings your “drifting” energy back to earth.
