It’s like needing to constantly perceive that the part of you wanting to be an extraordinary character is actually a sign of a spiritual wound becoming inflamed and worsening. A truly innocent person wouldn’t have such strong desires; they would mostly just resonate enthusiastically with true existence.

Purely Follow Your True Heart

However, what is “good”? The ancients said, “The highest good is like water,” and “The Tao is fundamentally formless.” Therefore, in the end, it is the person who purely follows their true heart who will ultimately prevail.

This seems to be true for breaking through the illusions of the fourth body as well. When a person has fewer inner traumas and fears, they hold the most power to return to their true heart. They are the closest to the power of becoming a “true person of heaven and earth,” because they are less controlled by personal delusions than anyone else, living only by the principle of their own true love.
